Structure

I will begin by discussing the three primary characteristics of a graduate school in an open university. I mix within these goals, values, practices, as I believe that these are all inseparable. In an effective organization, all aspects are integrated and inseparable. These three characteristics are Openness, Innovation, and Agility.
